Barrel Pack N Ship – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Barrel Pack N Ship. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect both the customer and Barrel Pack N Ship and ensure smooth service.
1. Services Offered
Barrel Pack N Ship provides services such as:
- Shopping assistance (when requested)
- Packing (barrels, crates, boxes, etc.)
- Shipping to covered locations
- Receiving items shipped to our location
- Shipment tracking assistance (Bill of Lading)
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information including:
- Full name, address, phone number
- Destination details
- Item list and special instructions (if any)
Barrel Pack N Ship is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Prohibited Items
We do not ship restricted or illegal items including:
- Weapons, ammunition
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Flammable items or explosives
- Perishable food items
- Any item restricted by the carrier or destination rules
If prohibited items are found, the shipment may be refused and reported when required by law.
4. Packaging
We use sturdy fibre/plastic barrels and wooden crates where appropriate.
Customers may:
- Request specific packaging, or
- Choose from our packaging options list
Once items are packed and sealed, changes may require additional fees.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required:
- Before packing begins, or
- Before shipment is released for shipping
No shipment will be released without full payment.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because we provide shipping and packing services:
Packing / Service Fees
Packing and service fees are non-refundable once packing or processing begins.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been sent.
Shopping Service
If Barrel Pack N Ship shops for you:
- Any incorrect or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of arriving at our location.
- We will help you communicate with the store, but refunds depend on the store’s return policy.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If damage occurs:
- Customer must report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of:
- damage
- items
- outer packaging
- damage
Barrel Pack N Ship is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you with claims using your Bill of Lading number.
8. Tracking
Customers receive a Bill of Lading / shipment number.
Tracking is available by telephone and online tracking is coming soon.
9. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on:
- location
- carrier schedules
- customs and destination requirements
Barrel Pack N Ship is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
